As our association specialises in groups’ lodging, booking conditions for individuals are regulated :
– Deadline for individual requests: no earlier than one month before arrival date
– Booking request must be sent through our website application form.
– Ethic Etapes CISL will answer by email.
– Payment must always be made on arrival.
– In case of cancellation, the applicant must notify Ethic Etapes CISL before the arrival date.
No refunds in case of early check-out.

Lodging

For children we book in priority rooms of 3 and 4.
Rooms of 3 have a bunk bed.
Depending on the girls/boys distribution,
we may have to modify the initial distribution.
We can not guarantee that the whole group will be lodged on the same
floor. However, we guarantee the presence of an accompanying adult
on every floor with the children !
Bed sheets and comforter are provided, but towels are not.
If asked, a draw sheet can be added to prevent bed-wetting.
