In 1988, the residents called upon the artists of the Cité de la Création to create murals about Tony Garnier's work. Artists from all over the world redesigned the walls of the neighbourhood's buildings to bring art and culture within everyone's reach. Today, twenty-five monumental murals can be contemplated by day and by night.
